Hey all,
my VLC started to behave really weird all of the sudden.
The issue:
When playing *.mp4 media data on VLC via my bluetooth speakers (JBL Charge 4), I'm getting a horrible rattling and crackling sound.
Sometimes it's mild, sometimes I can barely understand anything.
I'm using a Macbook Air M1.
Note:
Youtube videos and *.VOB files sound perfect.
Also, the *.mp4 files sound perfect when playing them on my macbook using other bluetooth devices.
What I tried (unsuccessfully):
- downloading the latest udpate of VLC
- deleting and re-installing VLC media player
- removing the bluetooth speakers and reconnecting them
Any thoughts on what I need to do?
