When I set a custom audio and subtitle language in the preferences, only the audio automatically changes to the set language, but the subtitles stay off, even when the language is available.
But when I set the audio back to default (aka don't have anything set), the subtitles do change to the set language. WHAT?!
Same issue when I try to do it via "Media" --> "Open..." and then put ":audio-language=xyz :sub-language=xyz" in the "Edit options"-field under "Show more options":
Using both leads to only the audio being changed to the desired language and the subtitles stay off.
Though using only the subtitle option changes the subtitles to the set language.
A bit unrelated:
When I have two or more subtitles for the same language (for example one being actual dialogue+signs and stuff, and the other one being just signs and stuff), how do I specify what I want by default?
I tried to play with the "subtitle track" and "subtitle track ID" options in the normal/advanced preferences a bit, but that changed absolutely nothing.
I'm actually a bit in despair as I wasted countless hours searching and reading through tutorials and blog posts now, but nothing helped.
Wenn ich Deutsch als standardmäßige Audio- und Untertitelsprache einstelle, dann stellt sich lediglich die Audio auf Deutsch, aber der Untertitel bleibt aus.
Stelle ich nichts bei der Audio und Deutsch beim Untertitel ein, so bekomme ich die original Audio mit deutschem Untertitel.
Warum und wie kann ich beides automatisch auf Deutsch haben?
Außerdem:
Bei dem Medium, das ich abspielen will, gibt es zwei deutsche Untertitel.
Einmal "richtige" mit Dialog und so, und einmal welche, die nur für Text und Schilder etc. existieren.
Wenn ich Untertitel mit der original Sprache aktiviere, dann bekomme ich immer nur die ersteren, also die vollen.
Ich will jedoch die anderen auswählen.
Wie mach ich das?
